Refund Policy
This policy works alongside the Verdance Client Agreement.
Deposits
If you cancel before any work has begun, your deposit is refunded in full. Once work has begun, deposits are non-refundable.
Fixed-price services
Fixed-price services, such as single graphics, are refundable in full if we have not started your project.
Completed work and revisions
Completed and delivered work is non-refundable. If you're not happy with a deliverable, we'll use your included revision rounds to make it right first.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.
