1. Using this website
By using verdancestudio.com you agree to these terms. The site is operated by Verdance Studio, based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Content and intellectual property

3. Prices and information
Prices are listed in Canadian dollars, are starting prices and may change. A project is only confirmed once you receive an invoice and pay the deposit. We work to keep information accurate but do not guarantee the site is error-free or always available.
4. AI-generated content
Our AI models and ambassadors are fictional, AI-generated characters and are disclosed as such.
5. Links and privacy

Verdance Client Agreement (v1.0)
Every client project is covered by this agreement, accepted during onboarding.
- 1. Scope. Verdance will deliver the services and deliverables described in your invoice and confirmed at kickoff. Additional work outside this scope is quoted separately.
- 2. Payment. A 50% deposit is due before work begins. The remaining balance is due before final files are delivered or your website goes live. Approved payment plans follow the schedule on your invoice. If a payment is more than 7 days late, work pauses until it is received.
- 3. Revisions. Each deliverable includes two rounds of revisions. Additional rounds are billed at the agreed rate.
- 4. Timeline. Timelines are estimates confirmed at kickoff and depend on receiving your feedback, content and assets on time. Rush delivery (under 3 days) adds 50%.
- 5. Your responsibilities. You agree to provide the information, content and access we need in a timely way, to give feedback through one decision-maker, and you confirm you have the rights to any materials you send us.
- 6. Ownership. Once paid in full, the final approved deliverables are yours to use. Drafts and unused concepts remain the property of Verdance. Verdance may show completed work in its portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.
- 7. AI-assisted work. Some work may be created with the help of AI tools. AI-generated characters are fictional, and we always disclose them as AI-generated where they appear publicly.
- 8. Cancellation. Either party may end the project with written notice. The deposit is non-refundable once work has begun, and work completed to date remains payable.
- 9. Confidentiality. We keep your information and materials confidential and use them only for your project.
- 10. Liability. Verdance's total liability is limited to the fees you have paid for the project. This agreement is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
